Well, that’s how lower-income countries must feel when wealthier nations consider the pandemic over just because things are improving for them. According to a senior World Health Organization official, this perspective is dangerous and could have dire consequences. We cannot turn a blind eye… we have to keep pushing forward! It is crucial that richer nations continue to actively support and aid low-income countries in their COVID response efforts.
