Despite dire warnings, monarch butterfly numbers are solid

Just when we thought our beloved monarch butterflies were teetering on the edge of extinction, a new study comes along and brightens the day! It turns out that the warming temperatures and a boom in the summer population of monarchs have actually counterbalanced the losses suffered during the winter.
